9.00am	​Entrance door is open to greet and meet children and parent/carer.  Children are encouraged to sign in using their photographs (term 1), their name and photograph (term 2) and their name (term 3).

11.00am- 12 noon	Outside Play
12.00 noon	Wash hands for lunch
12.00 noon - 12.30pm	Lunch
12.30pm - 12.45pm	Story time, who is helper and get into group activities.
12.45pm-12.55pm	After lunch tale top group activities
12.55pm	Entrance door will be open for parents/carers to come into setting and play with their child or to have a look at displays, after signing child out.

9.00am-9.05am	Good morning - staff member talks about what we are learning about this week. What is the date/day/weather? What season is it? Our daily timetable and sing our good morning song.
9.05am-10.30am	Free play & snack will be available.
10.40am	Tidy up time
10.45am	After tidy up time, all children will go into quiet room for story, song/rhyme, special helper and any birthday celebrations.
11.05am - 12.05pm	Children will be tapped on the head to go and get their coats on and go outside, or to the Academy club. At the end of outdoor session, children will be encouraged to tidy up outside/Academy club
12.05pm-12.35pm	Lunch
12.35pm - 12.45pm	Children will go into quiet room for reflection on their day.
12.45pm - 1.00pm	Children will get into their groups for group activity time.
12.55pm	Door will be open for parent/carers to come into the setting, sign their child out. Parent/carers are encouraged to play alongside their child, or look at displays.
